Return your parcel
- Go to our returns portal at royalmail.com.
- Enter your order number, the product SKUs and the reason for your return.
- Confirm the weight and size of your package.
- Click the ‘Create your label’ button.
- Download, print and attach the label to your return package. If you do not have access to a printer Royal Mail can do it for you.
- Take the package to your nearest Post Office branch or Royal Mail Service Point.
- Once we receive your return we’ll let you know and process any refunds within 5 working days
Please note, we will not accept used product for refund unless specifically agreed via email with our customer service team.
The Refund value will be less the return shipping cost, which is currently £6.
