BOFI Racing Fan Shroud Oil Cooler Kit for Mazda MX-5 NA NB

Our fan shroud oil cooler kit is the perfect plug and play cooling kit for fast road and track use. The kit features a thermostatic sandwich plate and a 19-row oil cooler. The fan shroud itself forces significantly more air to pass through the oil cooler to keep temps as low as possible.

Manufactured by Mocal, the compact 19-row oil cooler can withstand up to 10Bar (150 psi) of working pressure; with each cooler being pressured tested to 11.5Bar (170 psi) before dispatch. The cooler consists of pressed aluminium plates forming tubulated oil ways at the perfect size to achieve maximum cooling efficiency while maintaining optimum oil pressure. These oil ways are intersected with corrugated aluminium strips providing high-efficiency airways.

The slimline Revotec fan is one of the best on the market and is renowned as a low noise, high performance pulling fan. Being slimline, the fan clears even the biggest anti-roll bar and is IP68 rated, giving extensive protection against dust and water.

Designed in-house specifically to fit our fan shroud kit, the premium lines feature AN-10 screw-on fittings to both the sandwich pate and oil cooler. Our fan shroud is a direct fit to the Mazda MX-5 NA and NB alloy radiators. To get the most amount of performance we’d recommend only using this with an aftermarket radiator such as the M2 Motorsport and Mishimoto alloy radiators.

Please note to ensure maximum efficiency we highly recommend sealing the radiator to the air dam in all possible places.
